·         Read the official notifications carefully and verify your eligibility criteria.

·         Visit the Official Online Apply / Registration link from below.

·         Fill the required details correctly.

·         Upload all the necessary documents required in the notified format and size.

·         Finally, verify the registered details are correct and accurate, and then submit.

·         Next, make the payment as per the notified mode, if asks.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT

• General candidates (UR)/EWS/OBC are required to pay a fee of 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) as Application Fee.
• In case of any mistake made by the candidate on payment, Application Fee will not be paid back under any circumstances.
• The instructions for paying application fee are available in e-Recruitment web page under Advt. No. 08/2022.
• Note: The payment of Application Fee through Online or Offline, the photo copy of Application Fee Remittance Slip has to be enclosed along with the requisite enclosures at the time of Document Verification process [wherever applicable]
• IN ORDER TO AVOID LAST MINUTE HURRY, THE CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO APPLY EARLY ENOUGH. ECIL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NETWORK PROBLEMS OR ANY OTHER ISSUES IN SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION.

Documents Required

The following documents shall be produced in original with a set of self-attested photocopies for Document Verification before the Personal Interview. Failure to do so will summarily result into rejection of his/ her candidature.

1. On-line registered application form duly signed and with recent colour passport size photo affixed.

2. All original certificates in support of his / her date of birth, qualification, latest caste certificates etc., if any along with a set of photocopies.

3. A valid certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PWD);

4. Relevant certificate If claiming age relaxation as candidate from J&K,

5. GATE 2022 score Card as applicable.

6. GATE 2022 Admit Card as applicable.

 7. Call letter for Personal Interview.

8. Candidate employed in Central/State Government/Public Sector Enterprises/Autonomous bodies, should mandatorily produce the NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE or route their application through proper channel at the time of interview failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the Personal Interview.

9. Copy of Application Fee remittance (For both Online/Offline modes), where-ever applicable.
